1. Purpose of the Website

2. Course Information

 

Each course page provides information about the course topics, format, duration, instructor, price, and key participation terms.

When necessary, Slice Academy may change the course schedule, location, format, or instructor, provided that participants are notified in advance.

 

3. Registration and Confirmation of Participation

 

Submitting an application through the website does not automatically confirm participation.

Participation is considered confirmed when:

• All required and accurate information has been provided

• Slice Academy has confirmed the availability of a place

• The required deposit or full payment has been made

Places in our courses are limited and are reserved in the order in which registrations and payments are received.

 

4. Early Booking and Deposit

 

To register for a course under the early booking terms, the participant is required to pay 20% of the total course fee.

The deposit secures the participant’s place in the selected course. The deadline for payment of the remaining balance is agreed upon between Slice Academy and the participant.

If the participant does not attend the course, the deposit or course fee already paid is non-refundable.

5. Installment Payments

​

The course fee may be paid in installments if this option is available for the selected course.

The payment amounts, schedule, and obligations of the parties are defined in a separate written agreement.

If the agreed payment terms are not fulfilled, Slice Academy may temporarily suspend the participant’s access to the course or learning materials.

 

6. Course Withdrawal

 

If a participant wishes to withdraw from a course, they should notify Slice Academy in writing as soon as possible by emailing academyslice@gmail.com.

Any refund or transfer to another group will be determined based on:

• The specific terms of the selected course

• The date on which notice of withdrawal is provided

• The extent of services already provided

• The provisions of any signed agreement

No refund will be provided if the participant fails to attend the course without prior notice.

 

7. Course Changes or Cancellation

If Slice Academy cancels a course, the participant may choose between:

• A full refund of the amount paid, or

• Transferring the amount paid to another Slice Academy course

If the date or time of a course changes, participants will be notified of the new schedule in advance.

8. Certificate Issuance

 

The requirements for receiving a certificate may vary depending on the course.

A certificate may be issued if the participant:

• Meets the required attendance criteria

• Completes the required assignments

• Fulfills all payment obligations

Registration or payment alone does not guarantee the issuance of a certificate.

9. Learning Materials and Copyright

 

All materials, videos, presentations, assignments, and methodologies provided during the course are intended solely for the participant’s personal learning purposes.

Without prior written permission from Slice Academy, participants may not:

• Copy or distribute course materials

• Share them with third parties

• Sell or publish the materials

• Use them in their own commercial courses or training programs

• Make audio or video recordings of the course without permission

 

10. Educational Outcomes

 

Slice Academy is committed to providing the educational services described for each course to an appropriate professional standard. However, Slice Academy does not guarantee employment, an increase in income, or any other specific professional outcome.

Results also depend on the participant’s level of engagement, completion of assignments, and practical application of the knowledge and skills acquired during the course.

Slice Academy may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The updated version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest revision.
